Can I change or cancel my order?
Order cancellation or order changes may be done if it occurs prior to shipment. Typically shipment occurs within 1 to 2 business days. Please contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation. Please include your order number in your email.

What currency is the site in?
Your currency can be selected to one of the following: ZAR, USD, EUR, and GBP. This can be done using the currency code drop down on the top right corner of the website. Of course, if you are using either of the above-mentioned cards any currency the card is in is accepted. The payment transaction will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR)
Is Shipping Really Free?
Yes, we are offering FREE delivery on all orders over R500 to all customers with delivery addresses in South Africa.

Does Quenet's insure all shipments?
Yes, we insure all shipments in the case of loss or damage.
How long will shipping take?
Shipping lengths typically average from 3 to 5 business days. It depends on the destination and the type of order but we do our best to make sure you receive you order in time. Please contact us if you need delivery sooner than 3 to 5 business days.
When will my order be shipped?
Your items will be processed and shipped within one to two business days of the order date.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?

Please follow using the tracking number and link provided in the confirmation email you received.
What is your return policy?
If you are looking to make a return with us, you can breathe easy - we've made this simple. Here is our policy: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging within 14 days. Goods are to be shipped back to our store in Worcester at your own cost. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Gift cards are unfortunately not returnable.

Follow these steps to process a return:

  • 1. Email onlineorders@quenets.co.za with your order number and specific reason for the return.
  • 2. Pack the product back in the original box with the invoice as well as all of the packaging materials. If the box is damaged please ensure that an equivalently secure shipping packaging is used.
  • 3. Ship it back to us at: Store Address: C/O Quénet’s Hunting and Fishing Shop 4-5, Q-Square, 72 High Street, Worcester, Western Cape, South Africa, 6850 We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable shipping method and to purchase insurance for the full value of the item's value. You will be responsible for ensuring that the package is safely returned to us and we cannot issue a refund prior to receiving the package and inspecting its condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

When will my purchase be refunded?
Once we receive your package and confirm that it is in the original, undamaged condition, we will refund you within seven business days. We will email you when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
What if my purchase is damaged?
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, please take one or more digital photos of the item and one or more of the shipping container it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send to onlineorders@quenets.co.za Please include your order number in the email. Quenet's insures all shipped items through the shipping company.
