The lens is constructed from high quality optics to produce astonishing image quality throughout its zoom range; a powerful Hyper Sonic Motor to help you achieve a fast and quiet autofocus performance; an Optical Stabiliser that helps reduce the appearance of camera shake for a much sharper handheld shooting; a rounded nine-blade diaphragm that contributes to natural looking bokeh quality; a dust- and splash-resistant design - allowing you to perform in inclement weather conditions and a water- and oil-repellent coating has been applied to the front lens element, making it easier to clean off marks.
The Sigma 150-600mm 5-6.3 DG HSM OS Contemporary was created around the concept of maximum portability meets utmost image quality in a variable aperture hyper-telephoto zoom lens. Light weight and compact, this s zoom can handle any long-reach photographic situation one may encounter. This 150-600mm Contemporary boasts updated Sigma technology such as a quiet and optimized Hyper Sonic Motor (HSM) and a new Optical Stabilizer (OS) with an accelerometer for improved panning photography both vertically and horizontally, essential for birding, wildlife and motor photography. The Sigma 150-600 Contemporary also touts a new zoom lock switch that can be locked at any focal length and a new manual override (MO) switch is incorporated for improved focusing control. Working with the Sigma USB dock, this lens allows for maximum customization such as firmware updates and adjustments to the focus limiter, AF speed and OS view.
Capable of retaining autofocus with the TC-1401 1.4x extender
The Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM Contemporary lens is capable of retaining autofocus while mounted on the TC-1401 1.4x extender. Autofocus will only work at f/8.
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging within 14 days. Goods are to be shipped back to our store in Worcester at your own cost. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Gift cards are unfortunately not returnable.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
